Open Call: #TooTiredChicago: A Conversation on Mental Health and Photography
OPEN TO ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS
Announcing our next Slideshow Open Call: #TooTiredChicago: A Conversation on Mental Health and Photography, presented in collaboration with @latitudechi.
Join us Friday, March 1, 2019 from 6-8pm at LATITUDE Chicago—1821 West Hubbard Street, Suite 207—for a slideshow, panel conversation, and Q&A with @jsbenjams, @dylanyarbrough, as well as @tootiredproject founder @tara_wray.
It's free to submit & free to attend.
Deadline to submit: Tuesday, February 12, 2019
Criteria: we want to see photography as it relates to your experiences with depression and other mental health issues. A very brief text with your submission helps us see the work in the context of the project and would be greatly appreciated.
Instructions (must complete both steps in order to be considered):
2. Email your submission—no more than ONE JPG—sized at 2000 pixels on the longest side—with #tootiredchicago and your name in the subject line. Title your image using the following example: Elena_Kagan_tootiredchicago.jpg. In the body of your message please indicate whether you are local and will be attending the show. If accepted to a previous show please feel free to submit again using a different image.
Special thanks to @noellepouzar at LATITUDE for organizing the event.
If you would like to discuss bringing a slideshow to your city, please feel free to get in touch.
